The Montana Conservation Corps is hiring Field Crew Leaders!  At MCC, we focus on the growth of our participants, positively impacting our climate and environment, and transferable job skills.  Crew Leaders and their crews will camp while working on physically demanding and essential natural resource and conservation projects on some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the Northern Rockies.  Our crew leaders go through a leadership development program crafted over two decades to enhance their confidence, resilience, and technical capabilities.  Project work includes maintaining trails on the Flathead and Kootenai National Forests, Glacier National Park, Montana State Parks, and local trail systems like Foys to Blacktail Trails. Location: Bozeman, Missoula, Kalispell and Helena, MT

Ages: 18-35

Program Dates: 02/27/2023 - 10/27/2023

Living Allowance: $1,120 biweekly before taxes are taken out

AmeriCorps Education Award: $4,826.50 upon completion of the program

Health Insurance: Provided at NO COST

Member Assistance Program: Free 24/7 access to confidential behavioral health counseling, financial assistance, medical/legal advocacy, and more!
